I was trying to watch the game, but the live stream kept freezing the whole time. It made it really hard to enjoy anything that was happening.

I emailed them two times and, yeah, still nothing back from them at all. Kind of frustrating, because I was waiting for a reply and it just never happened.

I checked out longbeachstate.com for accessibility and accommodation info, it does have useful stuff on there. But finding what I actually needed took longer than I expected?? Some pages were straightforward, while others felt tucked away like I was supposed to already know where to click.
I do appreciate that the basic details are available, but I wish the updates and contact info were easier to spot. It’s not a bad resource at all, just kind of average for me and could definitely be clearer...

My first reaction was that the prices aren’t bad, but they’re not exactly a steal either. i just felt like they could be a bit cheaper.

Parking was totally fine when I got there early, but it gets annoying once it starts getting busy. It’s definitely not the worst parking situation, but it can be a bit of a hassle during peak hours.

I got my tickets in the end, so that part was fine. I did notice the checkout page took a while to load, and it felt like it slowed down at the same point more than once. Not a huge deal, but definitely a little annoying.

Had a really nice time at the event! Getting in was super easy, parking ended up being totally fine, and the seats were comfortable enough. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable day.

I ordered a Long Beach State hoodie and a hat, and overall I’m happy with them. The hoodie is thick and soft, not that cheap-feeling material you sometimes get with school merch. The hat looked good too, and the stitching was clean. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, which felt kind of unnecessary, but the gear was good once it arrived. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the price is a little high.

I ended up having to check other places just to make sure I wasn’t using the wrong information, which was frustrating because I figured an official site would be the one place I could trust without having to chase everything down.

The whole place felt run down. The bathrooms were dirty, the seats were cramped, and parking was a complete mess. It made the visit frustrating from start to finish. I’m not planning to come back, and I really think some kind of refund or compensation would be fair given the experience.

i mean, I was able to find what I needed, so that’s a plus. The site is okay overall, but some of the menus feel a little messy and could definitely be smoother to use.

I ordered a shirt and it did eventually get here, so that’s good. But shipping took longer than I thought it would, which was kind of annoying. The tracking was also slow to update, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on half the time. Still, the package arrived in fine condition and the shirt was okay, so I can’t really complain too much. Not amazing, not awful, just kind of average.
